I. Product profile: Octagonal stainless steel milling drum is controlled by computer programs. Temperature humidity control instrument, the main motor reducer,transducer, humidifying nozzle and other main parts are all imported from overseas. Ⅱ. Features of transmission system: After frequency control, the ultra low noise motor reducer can supply mechanical forces needed by different kinds of leather millings. It can automatically realize the drum's timing, delaying, starting, forward(backward )motion, stop and control of total working time, When leather charging and discharging is operated,the drum entrance will automatically stop at the needed position.

Ⅲ. Features of temperature control: Inner drum temperatures are set respectively according to different kinds of leathers. After series of processes such as automatic warming-ventilation temperature control-cooling, those adverse effects on leather quality due to seasonal temperature differences can be eliminated.

Ⅳ. Features of humidity control: The relative inner drum humidity is set respectively according to different kinds of leathers. After series of processes such as spraying humidifying-humidification

controlling and dehydrating-interval spraying, the leathers fiber bonding, contracting, winding and hardening can be eliminated, and location differences can be decreased, which will be sure to produce best effect for improving fullness, softness, clarity of grain surface and lines as well as the feeling of appearance. Spray grease and smooth chemicals that have been diluted and atomized into the drum, and then these chemicals are milled and absorbed. This processing method can meet different requirements by the customers for the leathers hand feeling, smoothness, and light sensitivity, and its effects can not be attained and substituted by other facilities.

v. Dust collection system: A closed strong circulating system is formed by the drum cavity-pipeline-fan-filter dedust box-pipeline-drum cavity, through this method the dust produced by leather milling can be continuously inhaled into the dedust box, which has a unique effect for removing the fine dusts bonding on the leather due to static electricity. The dust collection fan have not only the characteristics of large air volume and low noise, but also the characteristics of never bonding or blocking after the dusts are inhaled into the fan.
